Celine Santiago

Chair

Celine has over 25 years of Real Estate Asset Management experience. She is the managing member of Designated Eight Enterprises, LLC and Port Townsend Preservation Alliance, LLC. She is a graduate of the California State University, Fullerton where she received her BA in Organismic Systems Biology. She completed masters work in Psychology at California State University, San Bernardino. She taught children with special needs for five years. She has an extensive background in landscape design and management.

Donna Wallace

Vice Chair

Donna retired from the pharmaceutical industry after 30 years of dedicated service for Burroughs Wellcome, Bristol Myers Squibb and Daiichi Sankyo as a Hospital Account Manager. Donna is a graduate of Boston University, College of liberal Arts from where she received her BA in Biology.  Her passion for working with people led her to become a real estate professional with active membership in The National Association of Realtors.  Donna is currently employed with HUD as an HQS Inspector and understands community need for quality housing.

Vincent Santiago

Secretary, Treasurer

Vince Santiago’s professional experience includes service in the United States Marine Corps as well as managerial positions with General Electric, Georgia-Pacific, Safelite AutoGlass, and The Home Depot. Vince currently owns VTERANS LLC and VETRANS Logistics Service, Inc.  Vince is a graduate of the University of Washington (BA, Business Administration) and Claremont Graduate School (MBA, Strategic Management).   He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington Economic Development Finance Administration (past Chair) as well as volunteering as a Medicare Counselor for Washington State’s Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA).

Adrianna Santiago

Director

Adrianna is an artist and educator with nearly 20 years of experience in community development through her artistic connections and networking. She holds a BFA and MFA in Photography from UC Denver and UC Boulder. Adrianna has worked for numerous social services organizations including Boys and Girls Club, Harm Reduction Center in Colorado, and Fountain House in New York where she created curriculum and led supportive services in culinary and the arts. She has also worked as an artist residency manager for chaNorth in NY.  She bridges social and environmental concerns into creative collaborative action through her community-based, site-specific, public artworks that often involve the art of growing plants for food and medicine.

Pat Range

Director

Pat is an Early Childhood Education professional with 40+ years of experience and work in Special Education and Administration. Pat holds a BS in Special Education and an MED in Early Childhood from James Madison University, VA, and MED in Educational Administration from Grand Valley State University, MI. Pat held positions of Director, Principal and Special Education Advisor for various schools and districts. Her work with Concerned Citizens in Port Townsend provides HTL a connection to all supportive services in Port Townsend. Her close work with individual community members, especially single mothers with children, has changed lives.

Thomas Engel

Director

Thomas Engel is a chemist by training with BS and MS degrees from Johns Hopkins University, a PhD degree from the University of Chicago and a Dr. rer. nat. habil. degree from the Ludwig Maximillian University in Munich, Germany. He has had academic appointments at the Technical University in Clausthal and the Ludwig Maximillian University in Germany, and was a research staff member at the IBM Research Laboratory in Zurich, Switzerland. Most recently, he was a Professor of Chemistry at the University of Washington for 25 years where he also served as Department Chair. His volunteer activities in Port Townsend have included working with Local 2020, the Public Utility District, tutoring at the high school, and hospice.
